Board Meeting: All of our monthly general board meetings are held the third Monday of the month regardless of the date. They are held at the Round Table on Guerneville Road. Exec Board is from 6 - 7 pm and the General Board is from 7 - 8 pm. Central City Phantoms Mission Statement The Central City Phantom Football and Cheerleading, Inc. is organized to promote and support academic and athletic development of children and young adults in Sonoma County and neighboring communities. To this end, the CCPFC, Inc., organizes, sponsors, and administers teams, competitions, and programs to insure the highest possible levels of academic competence, sportsmanship, community involvement and enjoyment of which it is capable.
