  CENTRAL CITY PHANTOMS FOOTBALL PRESENT:                           2nd Annual Youth Football Combine

WHERE: Santa Rosa High School----July 25th, 2009
REGISTRATION BEGINS AT: 08:00 AM
EVALUATIONS BEGIN AT: 10:00 AM
FEES PER ATHLETE: $25.00
WHAT TO WHERE: T-Shirt, Athletic Shorts, Running Shoes, or Rubber Cleats
NO Metal Cleats or Spikes Allowed on Field or Track!!

**Why Should a Youth Player Participate in a Combine?
Youth players can increase their opportunities in tackle football by participating in functional performance tests during the combine. It allows an athlete to realistically self-evaluate and see how they need to develop and better compete with other athletes on the Grid Iron.

Evaluations:
1. 40-Yard Dash
2. Pro Agility Shuttle
3. Push Ups
4. 60-Yard Shuttle
5. Standing Broad Jump

All these events have become the standard in evaluating Youth, High School, Collegiate, and Professional Athletes
Snack Bar:
We will have a healthy alternative snack bar for the day’s events.
***Athletes will receive score sheets at the end of the evaluations to take back to their respective teams and coaches to aid in the upcoming year***

COST: Clinic 1 or 2 - $89.00 Early Registration per athlete or $99.00 At The Gate per athlete or $149.00 per athlete for both clinics

Sign-ups: CCPFC will continue to have sign ups thru the month of June. Call for information or download forms and mail in.  REGISTRATION FEE is $ 175.00 thru June and will increase to $ 200.00 in July.

Below are mandatory forms for all Football Players and Cheerleaders:

Board Meeting: All of our monthly general board meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month regardless of the date.  They are held at Doyle Park Clubhouse, 1700 Hoen Ave, Santa Rosa at 7:30 pm. 

Help Needed: We still need some volunteers for committees such as fundraising. For Fundraising you can call the Director, Rick Cordova, 328-2084.
